Meet John Hugo

I’m John Hugo, a dedicated real estate professional serving Central Florida’s diverse and growing market. My mission is simple: help every client make smart, confident real estate decisions — whether they’re buying their first home, selling a cherished property, or building an investment portfolio.

John Hugo has been actively investing in real estate since 2017 and has completed more than 25 projects, including flips, commercial properties, and multifamily investments. He is passionate about finding great deals, revitalizing homes and small multifamily communities, and creating quality rental opportunities at affordable prices.

Since 2025, John has also worked as a real estate agent, with a specialization in golf course communities and HOA neighborhoods. He lives in Southern Hills Plantation — a gated golf course community — where he’s a full Golf member playing to a 2 handicap and currently serves on the HOA’s Design Review Board. That firsthand experience gives him a strong understanding of the unique considerations these communities offer, helping clients navigate both lifestyle and investment opportunities with confidence.

In addition to his real estate experience, John has an extensive background in running small businesses, including at one time owning over 25 rental units both commercial and residential in Florida, Massachusetts and Tennessee.
