He is passionate about finding great deals, revitalizing homes and small multifamily communities, and creating quality rental opportunities at affordable prices.
Since 2025, John has also worked as a real estate agent, with a specialization in golf course communities and HOA neighborhoods — bringing a strong understanding of the unique considerations these communities offer, and helping clients navigate both lifestyle and investment opportunities with confidence.
In addition to his real estate experience, John has an extensive background in running small businesses, including at one time owning over 25 rental units both commercial and residential in Florida, Massachusetts and Tennessee.
